Communities Uniting to Eliminate Poverty Organization (CUEPO)
Please review this webpage for activities or events CUEPO is hosting or co-organizing. Thank you and have a pleasant rest of your day!
CUEPO's CEO/Founder met with Joint Economic Commitee, Chairman. The Founder/CEO presented CUEPO's Project Proposal to Eliminate Poverty Presentation. Unfortunately, it will take more than one meeting to get the Senate House to initiate drafting a bill outlining CUEPO's Financial Security System Model and Financial Milestones frameworks designed to eliminate poverty in collaboration with counties Human & Health Service Offices, Education County Offices and Employment Development Department Offices. We also met with a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Officer and expressed our concerns with cyber-hacking, and other organizations infringement of our mission and vision statements. We are confident these groups will stop trying to prevent CUEPO from developing a social-network who will support CUEPO throughout the legislative process to monitor laws negatively impacting our mission and vision to eliminate poverty. It is unacceptable for others to mis-use their access to resources to prevent CUEPO from accomplishing goals. Please do not take advantage of grassroots organizations, who are working with minimal resources to accomplish goals which consist of paying for expenses and exerting high amounts of human energy. As the saying goes..."CUEPO does not want to work harder. We are onboard for working smarter and not harder and we support professional communities with maintaining a healthy work and personal balance lifestyle."
Hello Everyone,
CUEPO is seeking professionals who are able to volunteer their time in achieving the organization’s mission. I am seeking three professionals to fulfill one of the following volunteer positions: Board of Director, President, Board of Director, Secretary, and Board of Director of Publications. Currently, these are unpaid-volunteer positions, and I understand I am requesting interested candidates to allocate time outside of work, in addition to having a workload to support CUEPO. The goal is for these positions to eventually be full-time, tenured paid positions, which is what I am working on as the Founder & CEO of CUEPO.

We updated the mission statement to include CUEPO will be developing services to ensure people are able to save money.
President Biden, Vice President Harris, and the U.S. Department of Education have announced a three-part plan to help working and middle-class federal student loan borrowers transition back to regular payment as pandemic-related support expires. This plan includes loan forgiveness of up to $20,000. This page is a resource to answer your questions and more https://studentaid.gov/debt-relief-announcement/ .
We found some typos regarding the population that must be served in order to eliminate poverty in our Vision & Mission statements. The term non-citizen was not inputted following the term citizen throughout the content. We are working on updating our organization's programming documents. Please contact us if you have questions, comments and concerns by visiting the homepage.
We are currently working on formalizing the organization by completing the forms and scheduling meetings with other professionals.
Thank you to all who have donated to formalize CUEPO. We appreciate your support and we will provide you an update when the organization has been finalized.

Update on the Progress of the January 10, 2024 Rally: Unfortunately, no one attended the Rally. We will be contacting legislators again to work with CUEPO to enact and amend laws designed to implement our project initiatives. We also plan to organize a Rally again, and hopefully legislators will work with us to create
CUEPO will be hosting a rally in Oregon soon! Please contact us if you have more information by visiting our homepage and sending us a message using the "send message feature."
If you are a community member or career professional who wants to learn more about CUEPO’s project initiatives before providing us a letter of support, please email me at cueporg@yahoo.com if you are interested in attending a presentation on one of the following dates:
Unfortunately, the Founder/CEO is unable to present CUEPO's Project Proposal Presentation on August 7, 2023 at 10:00AM to 11:30AM. She has re-scheduled it for Monday August 14, 2023 at 10:AM to 11:30AM.
The Annual and General Board Meetings are an important program CUEPO will be overseeing. The members of the board meetings will consist of Board of Directors, Community Members and Career Professionals meeting to deliberate of the laws and policies needed to achieve eliminating poverty. Individuals who want to attend CUEPO’s board meetings which we anticipate will begin in mid-November 2024, can sign-up for our “CUEPO Committee Members Interest List.” We will contact people on the interest list to attend our first meeting. There is an annual membership fee all members will have to pay every year which is $20.00. The membership fees will be used to pay for light refreshments and supplies. The purpose of the Annual Meetings is to prepare for the year’s General Meetings and elect members to serve as a Chairperson, Secretary, or Publication official for each of the following committees: Community Members Committee, Advocacy to Eliminate Poverty Committee, Teaming to Eliminate Poverty Committee, Campaigning to Eliminate Poverty Committee, Professional Awards & Recognition Committee, International Committee, Research Committee, and Government Relations Committee. The General Meetings will occur once a month for members to discuss policies or practices that influence eliminating poverty in their community or at their worksite, as as well as collect information for their community or career industry which will then inform their group how to support eliminating poverty. The General Meetings are also a place to learn the progression of CUEPO's project initiatives and develop new project initiatives.
Sign-up for the Committee Members Interest List
If you are interested in attending our first Annual & General Board Meetings please sign-up for the “CUEPO Committee Members Interest List” by sending an email to cueporg@yahoo.com which includes the following information: your first name, last name and input a sentence that you are interested in attending upcoming Annual & General Board Meetings.
Your donation helps support our organization's mission to eliminate poverty.
We appreciate your generosity and support!
Event Update- June 8, 2023: I will be rescheduling the Eliminating Poverty Rally Event for a later date since no one was able to attend. The more people who attend the event the more impactful the event will be for legislators to support CUEPO with implementing project initiatives. Since yesterday was not a good turn out, I will be working on getting Letters of Support from community members and career professionals to work on acquiring grant funds.
Event Update- June 3, 2023: If there are questions regarding the June 7, 2023 rally event please call or text Jessica Esver at 808-216-0382. The rally is still scheduled for June 7, 2023 at 10:00AM in front of the Sacramento Superior Courthouse.
Event Update- June 1, 2023: The event might be postponed due to CUEPO experiencing issues from politicians making it difficult for the founder/CEO Jessica Esver who is the Rally Event facilitator from being able to access important resources to conduct business. I want to ensure everyone is safe and that our Rally Group is not harmed, by a corrupt social network. This corrupt social network is making it extremely difficult for CUEPO to quickly ensure eliminating poverty will be achieved. Please call Jessica Esver (808) 216-0382 or email her at cueporg@yahoo.com if you have questions. I WILL UPDATE THE WEBSITE ON JUNE 6, 2023 BY 12:00PM IF THE EVENT WILL BE RESCHEDULED & POSTPONED FOR A LATER DATE. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE !!!!!!!!!
The meeting location is the Sacramento Superior Courthouse (address: 720 9th St, Sacramento, CA 95814) at 10:00am on Wednesday June 7, 2023. I want to thank everyone in advance for making plans to attend the event! See you all there!!!!

We no longer need to fundraise money to establish CUEPO in CA. Thank you again to all that have donated. We are able to submit the paperwork and pay for the application fees with the help from the donations we received! We look forward to making a positive impact on communities with eliminating poverty.
